Fermentation tanks

Pre doughs

What?
Finally we offer installations for mixing different kinds of pre-doughs.

How?
Our patented Idromix technology, developed in cooperation with Sigma, ensures excellent hydration between flour and water. The flour is negatively dosed by a screw conveyor and mixed with water sprayed by jets. The capacity is between 1000 kg/h and 3000 kg/h. The prepared dough fluctuates between TA200 and TA125 (50% to 10% water in the dough).
