Yeast

What?
We offer stainless steel storage tanks for the dosing and mixing of liquid yeast. 

What is the process for the storage and dosing of liquid yeast?
The yeast is supplied in containers or lorries. During storage the yeast is always cooled or kept cool for further transport to the dosing points.

What is the process for the mixing of yeast?
We offer installations to create liquid yeast from dry or fresh yeast. The yeast is mixed in, cooled and manually dosed in the mixing tank.

We offer our customers specialised stainless steel or composite storage tanks for the storage and dosing of oil/greases.

What is the process?
The oil/greases are supplied in containers or on lorries and  after the storage phase are transported to the dosing points. The oil/greases are kept at the right temperature during transport and storage. We supply double-walled pipes with hot water to preserve the high temperature of the oil/greases. We also offer installations to melt blocks of grease before the dosing process starts.

Egg

What?
We offer specialised stainless steel storage tanks for the storage and dosage of egg.

What is the process?
The eggs are supplied in containers or on lorries and after storage are transported to the dosing points. The eggs are cooled or kept cool during the whole storage phase.

What is the process for mixing brine?
We offer installations to create brine from salt crystals. The salt is automatically dosed in the mixing tank and mixed in in the storage tank.
