Pneumatic transport

1. Pneumatic transport: Pressure

What?
Pneumatic Pressure transport is a transport system that works on positive pressure differences. We have developed a characteristic leak air filter to eliminate overpressure between the lock and the silo extraction system in an optimum and dust-free way. We then use thetransport air/energy in the most efficient manner.

What can you use it for?

  • Long distances
  • High capacities
  • If weighing accuracy is less important

2. Pneumatisch transport: Vacuum

What?
Pneumatic Vacuum transport is a transport system that works on negative pressure differences. The correct calculation of sufficient air to carry the powder is of great importance. This is why we developed a dosing system with which we can determine the dosing speed.

What can you use it for?
Vacuum transport is most commonly used in hybrid transport systems.

Advantages:

  • Dosing using spiral instead of lock 
  • No leaked air 
  • A closed system 
  • No temperature increase 
  • Useable with any existing silo installation
  • Hygienic

Mechanical transport

What?
Mechanical transport (or spiral transport) is the biggest innovation in bulk goods processing in recent decades.

What can you use it for?
With a flow rate of a maximum of 3500 kg/hour per spiral line you can use spiral transport practically anywhere in the food industry.

Hybrid transport

What?
Hybrid transport is a unique and inventive combination of pneumatic and mechanical transport to transport large quantities of raw materials over long distances in a problem-free way, and without compromising on dosing accuracy.

What can you use it for?
A typical application of hybrid transport is the supply of high speed production lines with a very large number of batches per hour.

How does it work?
Pneumatic pressure transport ensures the necessary force to cover long distances. Pneumatic vacuum transport enables accurate dosing, while mechanical transport offers a dust-free and low-noise solution. In short, you gain all the advantages of the different systems without the individual disadvantages of
each system.
