After the necessary training, you are responsible for the administrative support of the accounting department.
This includes: registering purchase, sales and service invoices, daily monitoring of payments and their financial status and the administrative processing of sold projects. In this process, you register the purchase invoices correctly in our ERP system Ax 2012 and you approve the invoices.
In the long run, other accounting tasks may also be part of your responsibilities. You are in close contact with your colleagues and support them where necessary.
You work closely with 2 colleagues of the accounting department and all other departments (especially the Purchase and Service department). You report to the Managing Director.
- You have a bachelor's level of thinking and knowledge of accounting.
- You like to support colleagues and your work is accurately. You have experience with working in an ERP environment and you can work perfectly with Excel.
- You work organized, you like working with figures and you are driven by working quickly and correctly.
- You express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English, German is a plus.
