For efficient application in recipes, a number of solid ingredients are liquified and stored as a liquid before using them on a production line.Typical ingredients that are liquified include yeast and salt. Our installations not only liquify fresh or dry yeast but can also generate brine from salt crystals. The yeast or the salt are automatically dosed in the mixing tank and then transferred to the storage tank from where they are conveyed to the dosing point. Liquid ingredients can also be injected directly in our dough hydration solution Idromix.
