Yeast & Salt liquification systems
For efficient application in recipes, some solid ingredients are liquified and stored as a liquid for use on a production line. Typical ingredients that are liquified include yeast and salt. We offer installations to liquify fresh or dry yeast or to create brine from salt crystals. The yeast or the salt are automatically dosed in the mixing tank and then transferred to the storage tank from where they are conveyed to the dosing point. Liquid ingredients can also be injected directly in our dough hydration solution Idromix.
