Yeast & Salt liquification systems
For efficient application in recipes, some solid ingredients are liquified and stored as a liquid for use on a production line. Common ingredients such as yeast and salt are liquefied and stored for continuous use on production lines.
We offer tailored installations for liquefying fresh or dry yeast and creating brine from salt crystals. In these systems, yeast or salt is automatically dosed into the mixing tank, then transferred to a storage tank, from where it is conveyed to the dosing point as needed.
Additionally, our Idromix dough hydration solution allows for direct injection of liquid ingredients, further optimizing the production process.
