When the La Lorraine Bakery Group wanted to modernize its sour dough installation at Barchon, they were searching for an international partner with extensive experience in process automation and the food industry to support them. Spiromatic, OEM partner of Siemens, took up the challenge. We started to make the first simulations with sour dough in our test bakery and used the evolving insights to develop and finetune the optimal solution for La Lorraine, including predictive maintenance.
