Analysis
We make a thorough analysis of your needs, requirements and potential constraints (such as limited space). In this way, we ensure that our solution will perfectly fit and that your entire production process will run smoothly.
Testing
We have an in-house test facility for product development, product optimization and technological improvements. Customers can also try out and evaluate selected new methods and recipes. The scaling- up of newly developed processes from lab to industrial level can also be tested, including processes using sourdough. Discover the possibilities of our Technology Center.

Engineering
Our process engineers meticulously craft detailed designs using 2D and 3D CAD drawings, including location plans and P&ID. Every solution is engineered with a focus on hygienic design, adhering to all relevant food safety regulations and standards.

Production
We have an extensive production facility in Nazareth, Belgium, of nearly 80.000 m2. This enables us to produce most of our components in-house and to keep strict control of each step of the production process. Our stainless steel constructions are produced in a separate production hall, where we only use materials adapted to the food industry.
Automation
Our specialized automation engineers design the electrical diagrams and simulate and finetune all PLCs for the local operation of the hardware of the automated system.
Our SPEC software specialists then assist in the configuration of the ingredient data, the recipe processes, the production order process, etc. They can also assist in setting up integrations with the customer’s ERP or MES systems.

Project management
Our Project Managers make sure that your project is delivered within the scope, time and budget agreed. From the initial analysis up until the commissioning and startup of the solution. They are your single point of contact for anything related to the implementation of our solutions.
Service
Spiromatic’s Service team provides support with obtaining spare parts and helps with a repair or defect. Our Service team can be reached 24 hours a day for support in diagnostics and to find a solution to your problem.
We also offer on-site hygienic cleaning and inspection services of your automated solution.
