Bulk ingredients weighing stations
Our ingredient weighing stations for dry bulk ingredients are customized to the volumes required and finished in stainless steel or food-safe epoxy coated steel. We have developed a unique single-point movement for feeding by spiral conveying. With pneumatic conveying we also offer pressure-tight weighing stations for pressure and vacuum. The type of weighing station extraction always depends on the product and conveying type used. They are also equipped with the necessary filters if required.
For hygienic operation all the weighing stations can be equipped with a mixer bowl lid that has connections to the weigh station but also other automated ingredients like liquids, micro ingredients. The bowl lid is typically also connected to a dedusting filter for a hygienic discharging process of ingredients into the bowl
